Characteristics of UNCOUNTABLE nouns :
- they have only one form : sugar, oil , news...
- we cannot use numbers or ' a' in front of them
- we can ' count 'them using expressions as : a piece of / a slice of .../ a bottle of .../ a loaf of ...
- they are used with ' much ' or ' little ' to show quantity
