    Among tens of white clouds, there was a gray one. They were all busy with  creating babies. The gray one made dangerous babies while the others' babies were pretty and good.

    Every cloud had his stork in charge with delivering the babies. The gray cloud's stork was tortured by the bad babies. It had bald spots, black eyes, its feathers were loose and it was teriffied and exhausted. 

    Next time,the gray cloud wanted to give the stork a  baby shark but the bird refused the delivery and it flew to a white cloud. The gray one got angry and started to cry, but luckly the poor stork came back altogether with protection gear, ready to deliver the next baby. 

    The cloud was overjoyed and made a baby eel for the next transport. Needless to say the stork had an electric shock the first time when it touched the baby.

    We consider the title appropriate because the main character is a cloud and because there was a period of anger and disappointment similar to a ' partly cloudy ' weather.
